Bill Christiano has built a successful 20+ year career in Commercial and Residential Financing, Financial Planning and Tax Preparation. Prior to joining Equiventure Capital, Bill specialized in complex loan originating projects as a Loan Officer for MortgageIT, Deutsche Bank and IndyMac. He has financed over $220M of Commercial and Construction loans nationwide. Bill began his professional career in Finance as an Auditor with a “Big 8” Public Accounting firm. To further his auditing expertise he joined TIAA-CREF as Senior Internal Auditor specializing in large complex multi-million dollar real estate portfolio holdings nation-wide. Bill holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Bernard M. Baruch College, a Series 6 & 63, and Variable Life/Variable Annuities licenses from the State of New York Insurance Department.
