Michael Vallone - Executive Vice President, Technology/Healthcare
A lifetime of experience in real estate, marketing, finance, and developing new technologies Michael Vallone brings a broad range of knowledge and expertise to Equiventure Capital. The quality of his expertise has been proven by the creative ways he brings Clients and Funding Sources together to achieve the best solution to fund their project.
While pursuing his academic studies, Michael joined his family's business that owned, managed and developed commercial and multi-family properties in New York, Pennsylvania, and California. Based on that experience he has a unique understanding of real estate from many prospectives. In addition to this experience, Michael was a Legislative Assistant to the New York City Council and was appointed Staff Director in NYC Mayor’s Office of Management and Budget. His creative fiscal solutions for improving and streamlining City operations contributed to the first balanced budget in New York City in more than 20 years. Michael added to his successful track record in the information technology industry and was responsible for creating and implementing many new technologies in the computer and telecommunication industries.
Michael received his BA from the City University of New York, Queens College and holds a Master degree with honors in Public Administration/Quantitative Analysis from Long Island University, a Master degree in Business Administration/Marketing from the Roth Graduate School of Business – LIU, and a Master in Project Management from George Washington University. Michael is a licensed Broker, Teacher, and a member of several organizations among them the Real Estate Board of New York and ICSC.
